SECTION 17: SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges are displayed on the checkout page at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.
It takes around 7 days for order and payment processing. We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and order is processed. All orders placed are shipped out as a registered trackable package via the Hellenic Post services.
Shipping may be delayed due to natural calamity, strikes, COVID, war etc. Alexandros Siasos will not be responsible for late delivery in that case.
Delivery rates
Delivery rates are determined during checkout. Rate decided during checkout process shall be the final rate of shipping.
Standard delivery:
Standard delivery generally arrives between 5-20 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. However, standard delivery range may vary due to many factors like that parts you have ordered, your country, your zip code etc.
The countries that we can ship trackable shipments via the Hellenic Post services can be found during the checkout if there is an available shipping option for your country.
If you are not given a shipping option for your country but you still want to get our products, you can contact us via e-mail or our social media accounts to discuss additional shipping options that you may have and their cost.
Always provide a valid physical address on all orders. International orders may be subject to duties & taxes required by their country for which Alexandros Siasos has no responsibility.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with the relevant tracking number. To track your shipment, visit https://www.elta.gr/en/track or https://www.17track.net/en and enter the tracking number.
