A complete maintenance service for one set of ξ /ksi/ cycling slave cylinders. Purchase the service, send us your slave cylinders, and we’ll return them fully cleaned, refreshed with new seals, re-greased, and tested — ready to ride again.

By purchasing this service, you are booking a complete maintenance routine for 1 set (pair) of slave cylinders.

 

What’s included

Our full service includes:

• Thorough cleaning of the slave cylinders
• Careful inspection of all components
• Replacement of all seals (consumables included in the service price)
• Re-greasing / lubrication of internal components
• Final functional check/testing before return shipping

 

How it works

1. Purchase Slave Cylinders Full Service (for 1 set) through the checkout process.
2. After checkout, you will receive the instructions and the shipping address.
3. Send only the slave cylinders to our service center (unless we agree otherwise).
4. We service your cylinders and ship them back to you.

✅ Return shipping from us to you is paid during checkout (as part of your order’s shipping fees).

 

Combine service with other products

You may add other items to the same order (pads, pistons, springs, grease, etc.).
If you do, your complete order will be shipped together after the service is completed, in the same return parcel.

 

Important notes and limitations

This standard service is available only for slave cylinders that have been used and serviced according to the ξ /ksi/ cycling manual (see here).
The standard service does not cover cylinders that are damaged or deformed due to incorrect installation or over-tightening, including for example:

• Deformation from over-tightened brake clamp bolts
• Damage from over-tightened bleed port plug
• Damage from over-tightened retaining bolt

If your cylinders show such damage, we will contact you before proceeding with any additional work or costs.

 

Outside the EU (customs)

For customers outside the EU: please ship the parcel carefully and be aware that it may be subject to customs/import fees depending on your country. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Free service during the first year

ξ /ksi/ cycling slave cylinders include a 1-year limited warranty and 1-year free service at our service center (as described on the slave cylinder product listing).

If your cylinders are within the first year of purchase, you can request a discount code that covers the service cost (not shipping):

1. Contact ξ /ksi/ cycling / bikecave.eu via email or social media
2. Provide proof of purchase (including date)
3. We’ll send you a discount code for the service

Shipping fees are still paid by the customer at checkout.

 

Multiple sets

This service product covers 1 set of slave cylinders.
If you are sending multiple sets, please purchase this service the corresponding number of times.
If multiple sets are within the free-service period, mention this when requesting your discount code.
